YEDC CONDOLE WITH THE GOVERNMENT, BEREAVED FAMILY AND THE PEOPLE OF TARABA STATE OVER THE DEATH OF FOUR FAMILY MEMBERS BY ELECTROCUTION.

The management of the Yola  Electricity Distribution Company, YEDC was at the Government House, Jalingo to condole with the Governor of Taraba State Dr Agbu Kefas over the death of a family of four who were electrocuted. Receiving the management on behalf of the Governor, the Deputy Governor, Alhaji Aminu Abdullahi Alkali, commended the company for the steps taken so far on the sad development and urged them to expedite action on compensation to the bereaved families. The Deputy Governor said the state will continue to partner with the company for constant electricity supply for the economic development of the state. He urged the company to look into the complaint of over-billing from the masses and adjust their charges in the interest of the people.
