Governor Darius Dickson ishaku of taraba state have signed into law The 2020 appropriation Bill into law.

Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has signed the twenty twenty Taraba State Appropriation Bill into law.      Titled Budget of accelerated growth and development provides for projects that will rapidly open the state for fast social and economic development.      Speaking after signing the budget, Governor Darius Ishaku said the budget represents the determination of his administration to work harder and leave indelible marks on the sands of history in the state.      He said the budget was specially tailored to cover most areas being targeted for development under his rescue administration.      Governor Darius Ishaku recalled some of the landmark achievements of the first tenure of his administration and noted that water provision,  education, transportation, health and empowerment of women and youths remain the most notable.      The Governor commended the state House of Assembly for the cooperation his administration had enjoyed so far that has enabled him achieve alots.      He

The senior special assistant to executive governor of taraba state, Mr Bala danhabu has said that taraba truth and fact newspaper has goofed in its social media edition of the online newspaper.of today in which the Paper claims that governor Darius Dickson ishaku signed the 2020 appropriation bill in hospital bed. Mr danhabu said the story is false and is part of the extensive plot by the publishers and  their sponsor's to tarnished the image of governor Darius Dickson ishaku. He said, at the time of writing this rejoinder the budget has not been signed, therefore the story is one of the chain of several stories which the paper has line up as part of it ploy to twist the truth about ishaku's administration and bring it to ridicule. Maihanci cautious Senator Bwacha to stop reckless utterances.

A member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Taraba State, Hon. Ismaila Maihanci, has cautioned Senator Emmanuel Bwacha against assaulting the person and government of Governor Darius Ishaku, saying such political adventure will be disastrous for the lawmaker. Maihanci, who is a grassroots politician in the state, said the Senator representing Taraba South in the Senate, Bwacha, owes his re-election triumph in the 2019 elections to the support rendered by Governor Ishaku, hence the latter deserves accolades from the former and not insults. BREAKING: Medical bill not mine, says Taraba governor

on  January 07, 2020 Governor Darius Ishaku of Taraba state has distanced himself from a medical bill published online, alleging to be a bill for his treatment abroad. According to the publication, the Taraba governor has been treated in Israel, and he paid the sum of 8000 dollars for the services. “The publication is yet another wicked plot by opponents to ridicule me. The public should dismissed it,” Ishaku said. The, governor, who is abroad, spoke in a statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity (SSA), Bala Dan Abu. The statement was posted on Abu’s Facebook wall. JUST IN: Kwara Government Demolishes Saraki's Family House In Ilorin

Kwara State Government has demolished the family house of Bukola Saraki in Ilorin, the state capital, on Thursday. The demolition was carried out in the early hours of the day to avoid a clash with loyalists of Saraki around the place named 'Ile Arugbo' (house of the olds). The government had revoked some houses and properties illegally acquired by Saraki with some of the properties marked for demolition. It was alleged that some of the people residing in the house were harassed and injured in the process of evacuating them. Governor Abdulrazak Abdulrahman had said that the land was originally meant for government secretariat and parking space for civil service clinic but was unlawfully allocated to a private firm Asa Investments Limited without any record of payment to the state government.
