Governor Darius ishaku gives taraba pilgrims 10,000 Naira each, as hajj inventive.

Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has given each Pilgrim from Taraba State 100 Saudi Riyal equivalent to Ten Thousand Nigerian Currency.
The 2019 Amirul Hajj and also the Eva of Jen Alh Isma'ila Agwaru broke the News while Addressing the Pilgrims last Thursday.
The Amirul Hajj who directed all the Centre Officers of the Muslim Pilgrims welfare Board to Start the disbursement instantly after his address, also asked the management of the Board to supervise the payment.
Alh Agwaru said the gift by His Excellency is to assist the Pilgrims to intensify supplications and other Ibadat in the Holy Land after completing the Hajj rites.
Translating the Amirul Hajj's Address into Fulfulde Language, Secretary Amirul Hajj team, Barr. Bashir Muhammed Member representing Nguroje Constituency caution the Pilgrims not to over spend the fund for their own good.
Speaking on behalf of the Pilgrims the PRO of Muslim Pilgrims welfare Board Hamza Baba Muri who thanked the Governor for the gesture, promised the Amirul Hajj that, the Pilgrims will continue to pray for the Governor, Taraba State and the Country at large.
Commending the Pilgrims for their good behavior, the PRO said the first return flight Schedule remained Sunday 1st September 2019.

Grid collapse: Restoration in advance stage- TCN

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has said that the national grid restoration nationwide was in progress and has reached advanced stages. This, it said, has now led to power supply in the West, North-Central, South, East, and a large portion of the Northern parts of the country on Thursday afternoon. Statement signed by the TCN General Manager, Public Affairs, Ndidi Mbah, said the power supply restoration was sequel to the earlier total grid collapse, which occurred at about 12.35am on Thursday, causing outage nationwide, after over 421 days of consistent grid stability. “In the course of the grid restoration, the process initially suffered a setback; this does not amount to another collapse.
