Maihanci congratulates new Taraba PDP state executive.

Governor Darius Dickson ishaku has been commended for his gigantic effort towards ensuring the successful conduct of the just-concluded PDP state Congress.

 A senior adviser to the governor to governor Darius Dickson ishaku Ismailia yushau maihanci made the commendation while speaking with our reporter in jalingo. maihanci who appreciated party members for their loyalties call on them to give the governor a continuous support to succeed.

 he described the new elected party state chairman, Dantala kefas Argo Agbu as a doyen  in the taraba state political landscape.

 The SA explained that the calibre of personalities chosen to run the affairs of the party  were eligible and competent and who could make the party great in the state.

 Yusha'u who also described the conduct of the election as free, fair, and credible urged party officials at all levels to maintain justice in the discharge of their responsibilities by playing the game according to the rules devoid of religious, tribal, or ethnic dichotomies.

Grid collapse: Restoration in advance stage- TCN

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has said that the national grid restoration nationwide was in progress and has reached advanced stages. This, it said, has now led to power supply in the West, North-Central, South, East, and a large portion of the Northern parts of the country on Thursday afternoon. Statement signed by the TCN General Manager, Public Affairs, Ndidi Mbah, said the power supply restoration was sequel to the earlier total grid collapse, which occurred at about 12.35am on Thursday, causing outage nationwide, after over 421 days of consistent grid stability. “In the course of the grid restoration, the process initially suffered a setback; this does not amount to another collapse. In the course of any grid restoration process, challenges may be encountered. This happened today while the grid restoration was in progress, but it was promptly addressed. •Re-Plot to Release Kidnappers Terrorizing Jalingo The Chief of Gassol Alhaji Idris Yakubu Chiroma has rejected plots to link him to some persons arrested for kidnapping in Jalingo Taraba State.
